I am a life coach and mother of two children that have rare genetic disorders. I am a certified community health worker and life coach. I work with people and families that have a new terminal or life-changing medical diagnosis. I got certified as a community health worker with emphasis on behavioral health, so I also work with parents that have high risk teens, parents that need help learning how to do things differently with their children and themselves, people that have undergone immense trauma, people who struggle with addiction, and much more. I am passionate about my work and I enjoy helping people and making a real difference in peoples lives. I offer several courses and workshops as well. Life is difficult but it helps when we have someone in our corner who understands you and that you can relate to.
